Sketch Commission Information
Sketch Commissions
My Sketch Commissions are simplified works, they don't require a lot of correspondence and their turnaround time is shorter. They are intended for casual commissions and purposes. Discord is the preferred method of communication for these pieces. These are currently the only commissions I accept. They are available in very limited quantities (~5 slots every 4-6 months).I do not currently take on Illustration works for any reason.
I do not have a date estimate for when they may reopen.✷ I do not currently draw couple art.

General Information
I. Content
Gore and horror are completely acceptable and desired subjects.
Requests of nsfw or nudity will be rejected. I Ken-Doll all character body reference work.
Animal harm/torture/abuse and bigoted work not accepted in any way.
I work with both fanart and original characters - I will not draw real people/celebrities/etc.
II. Theme Preferences
I enjoy Drow, Tieflings and Mordesh from Wildstar the most.
I prefer drawing masculine designs but can work with anything. Dark and macabre is my forte, along with vintage interiors and overgrown greenery.
I also love working with pastels and earthy tones.I prefer fantasy and historical concepts over sci-fi and modern work.
III. Selection Process
Due to demand I no longer do first-come-first-serve with my commission slots.
Instead I select projects I feel inspired to work on at the time of request. Being turned down does not mean I did not like your concept, it simply means I had too many entries and had to pick between them, you’re always welcome to resubmit when I reopen.
IV. Wait Times
I am a disabled artist with a full time job outside of my art. Sometimes my disability prevents me from working for a week or two at a time, therefore I have a minimum expected wait time of 13 weeks for all art. I often provide them sooner, but please do not expect this to always be the case. I will always communicate if I am for some reason unable to complete your work within that time frame.
V. References
Visual references required. I will not work with writing only.
Screenshots (Sims, FFXIV, WoW, etc), sketches, commissioned work, etc. The character must belong to you or be an official media character (Inuyasha, Sora, Alucard, etc)
If you are having me design a brand new character, Pinterest boards work very well! For poses, etc, I am more than happy to take a variety of references including stock photo collages, stick figure doodles, clip studio models, GPose and so on. I will not accept extremely specific compositions without a visual concept of some sort.
VI. ‘Artistic Freedom’
While some artists may prefer no direction on their work, I prefer to be given a little bit of an idea of what you’d like the piece to be like. Be it a setting, a mood, etc. Tiny blurbs of an idea or visual references work just fine. I absolutely don’t mind being creative with it, but a starting foundation to work on is always great! Some clients prefer to allow me free reign over the costume design of their character. I am more than happy to design your oc an outfit if you have a heavy pinterest of ideas for me to work with.
TOS
Some of these are lengthy and stiff, but they are vital as they have been added to prevent miscommunication and error.
Please read through them all carefully. If you have any questions, I am happy to answer them and clarify.
I. Client Contact
In the event that you change your social media or discord handle while a contract is active, you must immediately inform me of said change so I have a means to contact you. If you frequently change your handle, please provide a reliable email address to contact as a backup. In the event that I cannot contact you for any reason, your position in queue is pushed to the back regardless of progress.
II. Compensation
Payment is due upon request. I accept Paypal/Kofi only.
A full quote is provided upon discussion and payment is only requested when both parties have come to a complete agreement. The discussed contract is not active and you do not have a reserved position in the queue until the payment has been sent. I can often provide payment plans upon request for client work above $500 USD. A minimum deposit of 45% is required to begin the project.
III. Rates
Prices remain firm for your personalized quote for approximately 74 hours. After this time, rates and fees are subject to change and may require a new quote. If I do not hear back within 74 hours, I assume the quote was for reference only.
IV. Reference and Accuracy
Details and information are up to the client to provide in full. If you have a specific composition in mind you are required to provide visual references. These can include: Screenshots, stick figures, image stock collage, so on. I will provide up to 3 various composition sketches if the first one or two do not match your idea, after which I will require additional payment.
V. Proofing and Editing
All pieces are designed and optimized for digital viewing, if you have a desire to print the artwork, please inform me before the process begins so I can start the work in CMYK versus RGB. This will prevent color errors when printed. I do not color process work after completion without additional remittance.During the process, clients will receive lower resolution work stages to review unless otherwise stated (ie: bust sketch). Please carefully review the provided copy in one sitting and respond with all changes desired.
VI. Additional Fees
Complex changes that should have been modified in a previous stage will incur an additional $25 USD fee per hour. (ie: pose adjustments after the sketch is approved). Rush work, additional characters, complicated designs, etc will all increase the final price of the project.
VII. Final Product
When all stages are finalized and approved, I will provide you with a direct link to the full res .PNG file and a resized .PNG optimal for uploading to social media or otherwise. I can provide a .PDF for printing on request with no additional charge. You are permitted to post, upload, share and crop the artwork you purchase in any way you desire. Credit is not required for reposting if you are the buyer.
I do not provide .PSD/.CLIP files for Freelance Projects.
I do not take additional payment requesting these file types without a long term company contract.
VIII. Refund Policy
__Payments are final. __
Refunds are not available unless your project cannot be delivered within the discussed time frame and there is no desire to extend the timeline. Dissatisfaction with the piece does not warrant a refund, as the client is expected to provide criticism during the earlier stages. [Ref:] V. Proofing and Editing
If no expected time frame is requested, inactive projects can request a cancellation and refund after 26 weeks.I have worked with clients for over 15 years and I have never had a request to refund due to time waited, but if there is any concern about time passed please feel free to contact me and we can find a solution.
IX. Rights and distribution
You, the client, are permitted to post, print and upload the art wherever desired, credit is not required as long as you paid for the art.
Purchasing my services does not entitle the client to redistributing the artwork for profit (including but not limited to NFTs, prints, etc). Redistribution requires additional contract writing.I, (NnamierArt), retain the right to utilize the artwork for portfolio purposes as needed, including patreon, twitter, discord and physical portfolios unless otherwise agreed upon prior to payment.
